At Marshall Tractor & Equipment Co Co we are happy to offer our 14-day return or 50-hours policy for equipment that are ordered in especially for customer orders.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be paid only after the buyer has inspected, confirmed, and accepted the purchased equipment. If the buyer rejects the equipment, the buyer is not responsible for paying the shipping fees.

Eligibility: This policy is applicable to used agricultural and construction equipment purchased from our dealership online, and it is only valid if the customer utilizes our shipping services. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, with no modifications or damages.
• Timeframe: The 14-day return or 50-hours policy commences upon the customer’s receipt of the equipment and concludes 14 days thereafter. The equipment must be returned to our dealership within this specified timeframe.
• Usage Limit: The 14-day return or 50-hours policy for eligible units is subject to a maximum usage limit of 50 hours. Any equipment that exceeds this usage limit will not be eligible for return under this policy.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer must contact our sales team within 14 days after receiving the equipment.
• Return Shipping: We will arrange and cover the return shipping. The equipment must be shipped using only our approved shipping carriers.
• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned equipment, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when purchased. If any modifications or damages are found, a restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund: If the returned equipment meets all of the eligibility criteria and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method within 24 hours.
14-Day/50-Hour Refund Policy
At Marshall Tractor & Equipment Co, we are committed to providing our customers with confidence and peace of mind when purchasing machinery. That’s why we offer a 14-Day/50-Hour Buyback Policy on select eligible equipment. If you decide the machine isn’t right for you, we’ll repurchase it under the following conditions:
1. Full Reimbursement, with Certain Exclusions

You’ll receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the machine.

Certain costs, such as buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and reconditioning fees, are non-refundable.
2. Reimbursement Limitations

The maximum reimbursement amount is capped at 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, based on the machine’s hour meter reading on the date of purchase.
3. Eligibility Criteria
This policy is available to both dealers and individuals within the U.S. who purchase machines located in the U.S. or Canada.
4. What Machines Qualify for the Buyback Policy?
To be eligible for our buyback policy, machines must meet the following criteria:

Machines sold “As Is”

Machines with fewer than 100,000 hours

Sales price must exceed $1,000

Gross vehicle weight (GVW) must exceed 1,000 lbs

Eligible machines include specialty inventory, such as:

Commercial vehicles

Agricultural and construction equipment

Forklifts

Heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks

Trailers

Machines must not have any structural damage to qualify.
